At Tickled Pink Wedding and Event Coordinating you will receive a “complimentary initial meeting“, where one of our coordinators will have a discussion with you in order to determine which services you may wish to acquire.

One of our coordinators will sit down with you and discuss the styles and themes you would like on your wedding day. This hourly session is full of valuable information, ideas, recommendations, suggestions and vendor knowledge needed when planning a wedding. This service will guide any bride and groom in the right direction towards their special day! Some of the information that will be available is:

Vendor referrals / finding those hidden gems

Etiquette concerns and how to address them

Developing a theme for your wedding

Budget development and how stay on track

Timeline management

Any other questions or concerns you may have

This service provides the bride and groom with peace of mind knowing that everything is being taken care of the day the wedding. This service lets the bride and groom truly relax and fully experience one of the most memorable days of their lives. Our coordinators have been there before and know the excitement, stress, anxiety and thrill of getting married, so take a deep breath relax, smile and know that you are about to make the wedding you envision come to life. Our coordinators at Tickled Pink are extremely organized, efficient and have great problem solving skills, they will implement your desires and requests with the precision and experience of only true professionals. As part of this package the bride and groom will receive a complimentary wedding assistant to accompany the coordinator throughout the day. The “Wedding Emergency Kit” with over 50 emergency items will also be available to use in case of emergency at no extra charge! Some of the services that are included in this package are:

A personal meeting with one of our professional coordinators to discuss what plans have been made and to determine and create the agenda

Attendance and/or supervision of the wedding rehearsal so that proper knowledge and order of bridal party etc.. will be followed on the wedding day.
